If Tkinter were horribly unreadable, I would figure it as being because of the multiple languages involved. But I just pulled up tkinter/__init__.py to try to find OptionMenu, and it's 35 lines of easy-to-read code. And there's a destroy method. Not at all hard to find. ChrisA
