The important thing is that, numbers-wise, windowsXP was the version of computer a whole lot of people got when they got their first computer. The notion of, not it "wearing out" but that the whole world "wore out" or "advanced beyond" them is foreign to them. They aren't computer-hobbyists -- they are early adopters of the web browser and internet search, if anything. The whole message of 'get a newer os' is decidedly hard for them. "It works fine, like my 2004 Ford car" they want to tell you. Laura
