Yep.  That is what I started with (1.3).  It ran fine with 2 megabytes 
of memory and a 10 or 20 MB disk.  No unicode module, database, or 
codecs.  Perhaps no tcl/tk/tkinter.  I don't remember when DOS was 
dropped.  Maybe a decade ago or so.
