This text is under the section "Appendix B Major Differences From The Bourne Shell"; it should be under the section "B.1 Implementation Differences From The SVR4.2 Shell". The same happens with "The SVR4.2 |sh| uses a |TIMEOUT| variable like Bash uses |TMOUT|.".
