There are versions for python 2.3 - 2.7:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/py2exe/files/py2exe/0.6.9/
(for some reason, 2.6 appears in a more visible link)

However, unfortunately, there isn't any support for python 3 (that I
know of - I'd love to be wrong in this).
