Sorry I should have said either a), b) or c).

On my machine.

c:\Users\Mark>dir c:\Python27\Scripts\pi*.exe
  Volume in drive C has no label.
  Volume Serial Number is 2453-A837

  Directory of c:\Python27\Scripts
