You are halfway there! :-) I simply mean a place for infected files to lie dormant. Most folk who erase their hard drive or, indeed, replaces their hard drive with a brand new one, will assume that once they reinstall their Windows 10 operating system, their computer will be squeaky clean. Not so , of course, if they then connect to oneDrive and thus enable infected files to reload onto their hardware!
