According to Release Schedule of Current Database Releases
(Doc ID 742060.1) Oracle is still planning to release 23ai this
year for low-volume, high-margin Solaris SPARC, along with high-volume,
low-margin Unbreakable Linux for x86-64 and ARM.
 
Low-volume, high-margin IBM AIX and HP HP-UX are listed as TBA.

DB for high-volume, low-margin Solaris x86-64 is now EOL.
