Allerdings muss die Belästigung schon so gravierend sein, dass sie sich
auf die Arbeit auswirkt.

"Lassen Sie minderjährige Kinder in Ruhe!" ist eine völlig normale Reaktion.
Kleine Geschichte am Rand: Als ich Jugendlicher war (ca. 16 Jahre alt)
waren mir mal mit einer befreundeten Familie und deren Tochter (14
Jahre) zum Skiurlaub in Österreich. Die Skilehrer dort sind bekannt,
dass sie mit jeder (attraktiven) Ski-Schülerin anbandeln.
Er versuchte es auch sehr auffällig bei der Tochter, machte aber den
Fehler, ihr Alter zu unterschätzen (sie war damals schon ca. 180 cm groß).
Und prompt folgte dann beim nächsten Versuch die Forderung: "Lassen Sie
meine minderjährige Tochter in Ruhe!"

Solche Menschen haben i.d.R. keinen diesbezüglichen Erfolg.

Was erwartest du jetzt noch? Dass sie dir klipp und klar sagt, dass das

Das können Mädchen in diesem Alter nicht, zumindest nicht gegenüber
einem bedeutend älteren Mann, auch wenn du meinst, sie sei reifer und
müsse das doch können.

Was willst du ihr verständlich machen?
Du solltest völlig normal als Kunde reagieren.
Wenn *sie* irgendwas will, ist sie am Zug.
Es ist immer noch so wie früher (oder schon wieder). Der Mann macht den
ersten Schritt (Einladung zum Kaffeetrinken), die Frau entscheidet
(nimmt die Einladung an oder lehnt ab).
Ich habe mal ein follow up to in die passende Gruppe gesetzt.
