   Do not give them any ideas ... or they will deliberately
   try to spread it. If they try, perhaps burning at the stake
   should be revived as an appropriate penalty ? 

   As for the 1-3% fatality rate ... in part that is because
   Chinas "socialized" medicine does not really live up
   to its hype. Wuhan alone over-stretched the system
   and they have little to offer except a deathbed for
   the infected. 

   I would expect a lower fatality rate in the USA and
   Canada. We both have lots of resources and an
   outright excess of medical people. The UK and
   France ... hmmmm ....... their "socialized" systems
   have developed a lot of cracks lately. Affordable
   in the 50s/60s, foreign industries have put a big
   strain on the revenue potential. The amount of
   money for "socialized" medicine is now too little,
   and it shows. 

   Boris is screaming mad about how long it takes to 
   see a doctor - even if you are sick unto death - and 
   the "emergency" system keeps falling further and 
   further behind. Alas they really do NOT have the 
   excess cash and domestic resources to DO much 
   about it. Things will get worse and worse. There
   are many competing and equally vital places the
   state revenues need to go. As the pie gets smaller,
   it will soon be unable to sustain any of those
   services and functions. 

   The Brexit may have been their only hope. Get in
   tighter with the USA, especially in the trade/money
   areas. Wasting less on ridiculous EU projects 
   and agendas may be the boost the UK needs.
