I guess you are looking for something like

systems.

Sadly I haven't seen any such scorecards.

There is a an extension to nextcloud that would allow you to host video 
calls on your own server, supports group calls, I have never used it 
myself so I can't say how good it is. https://nextcloud.com/talk/

This much depends on your hardware, with all the shortcuts that mainly 
intel has made, you never know what is safe on a such hardware (not 
saying amd would be safe).

At least running things in a virtualbox is safer than directly in your 
host system, but I could recommend a look at QubeOS, which would make 
some things quite a lot simpler when you want to protect resources.
