I don't see any real effect until about 8:30pm now.

I used to be able to see the school kids get home from work,
stuff their little faces and then get on the net about 4pm but
with the reconfig that Optus Wholesale did on my POI, don't
see that at all anymore.

And by any effect, I mean the download speed graph on
speedtest.myrepublic.com.au, it starts to get noticeably
more spiky after about 8:30pm doesn't have a huge
effect on the actual download speed number tho.
