Duh. I meant that the usenet volume is unlikely to be
big enough for anyone to consider deproritising it
during peak times, if they even know what nntp is.

More likely what streaming uses given that when that
starts to buffer is very noticeable to the customers.

Even less likely now that so many use web mail.

No evidence of that with everything else slowing too.

And it can't be happening anyway given my nntp traffic
doesn’t slow in peak times and I use the same RSP and modem.
