  Thanks, but I'm looking for a (short) audio news bulletin, not the
audio/sound part of a video bulletin, which is quite a different thing.

  Also - not mentioned, but somewhat implied - this has to run on a
(Android) mobile device, which means I don't want the (mobile-data)
expense overhead of a video.

  Any other suggestions from anyone?
