I might just add that I like that it has an easy to use interface. and 
you don't need to give it willy nilly access to your computer. you can 
just run one module, or several at a time depending on what it is you 
want to do. eg. remove temp files, manage startup items, etc., one 
similar program I tried but didn't like was auslogics < 
http://www.auslogics.com/en/> ; a 'busy' interface and not so easy to use
