Assuming that he's got an internet router somewhere in the house with a 
spare ethernet port, he can easily get internet to the Humax by using a 
couple of power line devices without waiting for any cables to be installed.

Having told it that there's no internet available, I hope that it will 
let him tell it that there is one after all without having to do a 
factory reset and start all over again!
