The problem is clearly that text displays fine, but none of the graphics do.

Its less clear why two browsers fail the same way but chrome works fine.

Maybe it’s the magnification used that produces the different result with 
chrome.

What happens with other than browsers with say word
documents that have some graphics embedded  or with
whatever you use that displays jpgs etc.
