They're a bit big to be that cheap to post, that is going to cost more than $10 just for the postage. I still see a few things say you should do that, most recently with some hair clippers that are notorious for seeing the internal battery die eventually. That one in its latest incarnation actually says to give it a full 16 hour charge every 3 months. It remains to be seen if that will fix the problem.
