SPARC. I had to get some 68K code that relied on packed structs to run on a Sun box and it wasn't a trivial task. The Sun compiler did have a misaligned option (which uses traps to call functions that use multiple reads, shits and masks) , but using cased the code to run like a three legged dog with a sore foot. -- Ian Collins
