That's a bit vague for a sensible answer.

As someone else has already asked it would make life easier if we knew the
format. What DFS (or DDFS) since many used their own multi-catalogue systems
and the DDFS variants used a different number of sectors per track. They
could even be ADFS.

Also what would you want done with the content? Much of it would probably be
useless on any other system.
