On Easter, Mom always made creamed eggs on toast from the Easter eggs that me and my twin brother found from the Easter egg hunt around the back yard. The found eggs were hard boiled, of course, and then smashed up with mayonnaise and spread on toast, usually white bread at that time. My dad used to 'blow' the yolk and albumin out of raw eggs, by making a pin hole in each end of an egg, and blowing on one end. The innards came out of the other end. Once emptied, he'd carefully cut the empty shell in half, and place a silver dollar inside, and glue the two halves back together. Me and my brother shared the 'silver' eggs we found. Happy Easter.
