Vagrant boxes are specified per-VM tech, e.g. libvirt, VirtualBox, lxc, etc. I mean I will maintain the Vagrant libvirt boxes, but not VirtualBox, lxc, etc. I think this is totally separate from the nocloud images. That said, does anyone know how to use the nocloud image as a Vagrant/libvirt box?
