Just out of curiosity, *which* doctor espousing 
"wonderfully hungry", "two pounds of food per day" and 
similar ideas was implicated in the death of a 40-pound 
teenager who was starved as a result of trying to follow 
such batshit insane ideas?

I don't recall which particular doctor of death that was, 
but whoever he was, he should be ashamed of himself, 
should hide himself away from civilized society, and 
should frankly never be heard from again.

If you know that vile subhuman monster, do please pass 
along my thoughts to him. Mostly the thought he should do 
the world a favour and give himself an enema with a red 
hot poker.
