Please maintain sysconfig in Debian S/390 Team

Hi Waldi,

Pranav and I managed to migrate sysconfig to

   https://salsa.debian.org/s390-team/sysconfig

I would welcome if all dedicated S/390 packages would be maintained
inside the team space of the S/390 team on Salsa.  Pranav has
successfully built the package and did not observed anything suspicious
in debdiff.

What do you think?
