I've just been listening to the mayor of Liverpool talking to Matt Frei 
on LBC. He really talked sense, and certainly doesn't want the children 
going back to school under the proposals made by the government. Whose 
advice would you take - the teachers', the teachers' unions and the 
doctors (and even the mayor of Liverpool's) - or Matt Hancock's?
