Apple owns Webkit. You can whine all you want, but it is true.

    Apple does own the name "WebKit".
    Apple does own the WebKit logo.
    Apple does not the webkit.org website.
    Apple does get to decide what is added to WebKit.
    Apple does not get to decide what is left out of WekKit.

Now the one dealing with the website is periphery, but the others are all
very direct in terms of ownership rights of WebKit by Apple. The fact Apple
forked WebKit from KHTML is not in question, nor is it in question that
WebKit is an open source project. In fact, as I noted could happen, someone
(Google) is forking WebKit. This is all fine and does not in any way go
against the ownership rights I spoke of (and listed) for Apple.
