Likely it took a long time to get the data from that pending sector, lots of retrys.

But it did get the data from that sector eventually.

Likely something HDTUNE uses is in that sector and it doesnt retry forever.

The latest backup should be fine. If thats got any visible
problems when used, use the backup from last year.

Thats the problem with the drive, that one sector which needs to
be read repeatedly to be able to be read successfully eventually.
