http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2641426 https://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=29326 Inside the msi file there is mscomctl.cab. This contains mscomctl.ocx version 6.1.98.33. I assume this is the file that should now be redistributed and not the one in VB60SP6-KB957924-v2-x86-ENU which contains mscomctl.ocx version 6.01.98.16.
