Admittedly, these other people will typically come from the higher parts of the IT competence spectrum. I use Win 7 for two things: Gaming and putty to my Linux servers, and the later only when I am gaming. I also find that Win 7 is nearly stable today. Only 4 hard crashes in 4 months.
