Do all of the file have an Org ID? I use this primarily in Org Roam, so I'm not really sure where one ends and the other begins, but, after looking at the function description, org-id-update-id-locations scans for IDs. It's in the :PROPERTIES: drawer at the top of the file. If it's not there, it can be created with org-id-get-create. -- this is my clever sig.
