Niin, imho oli moka kun aikoinaan ei rakennettu kehä kakkonen valmiiksi. Nykyään paljon enemmän pakkolunastamista/tunneleita. Mutta ilmeisesti on kyllä aikomusta rakentaa kehä kakkonen valmiikisi, neljä kaistaa molempiin suuntiin.

(Jos itselläni on tarve kiertää Helsingin valitsen usein kehä kolmosen. Pidempi matka, mutta sujuvampi liikenne. Ajassa usein  jopa nopeampi)
