I know this is a couple weeks old, but wasnt going to interupt my third 
vacation for the year for being disconnected, marvellous... lots of fresh 
air and peace...  Anyways, I gather its back now, they should supply you 
with a reason as to why its ongoing, your not by any chance on a RIM are 
you?
