Sorry to intrude in this thread with an aside... A little thought that
re-occurred to me when I read this posting.

Years ago it's a good job I didn't 'hold my breath' over things that RISC
OS didn't or can't do, that I required at that time.

I'd be a long time dead.  :-)

Don't get me wrong, I've been using Acorn & RISC OS for 43 years and still
love using it for some things, but many years ago while using computers in
my business I realised, "Horses for courses" is the only way to go.

Even though I've been retired for quite a while now, I still use RISC OS
for a number of things, but swap OS (Windows) when needed.

Thus I don't get out of breath... ;-)
