In my case, the best collaboration I've had is with people from Egypt or
Jordan. I'm not saying it's good, but out of all the arabians, the ones
from jordan and egypt have been the most ok to work with.

Oh yes... so much swearing and "my brother this, brother that", and
you're my friend this and that. It does get kind of tedious after a
while.

Just imagine if a white person would speak like that, you would wonder
if he was insane.

Wow! I would be very angry if I sat with my laptop and someone just came
and picked it up. I hope you taught him never to do that again.

But truth is an interesting thing and how it varies by culture. I heard
that in russia, lying to outsiders is not considered a bad thing if it
protects the group. And in southern europe truth is way more flexible
than in northern europe.

Truth I think builds trust, and trust generates business, and I think
this might be a component of why northern europe is so much richer than
southern europe. You can compare work ethic as well, where in southern
europe you can "cheat" the manager, while in northern europe, at least a
generation or two ago, work was a privilege and not a right, so people
worked hard.

It's interesting that you bring that up, because in todays mainstream
news in sweden I heard that sweden has europes 3:rd highest un
employment rate, and believe it or not, but 50% of that was made up of
immigrants. And this was in the mainstream news!

Yep! But during corona was the time when the world all of a sudden
started to believe that old people were immortal and that they never
died of sickness before. ;) Add to that, the moronic methodology of
counting everyone who died as having died by corona if they died up to
30 days (!!) after having had corona.

Completely absurd!

Can you imagine how many dead we would have by coffee and bananas if we
counted everyone who died up to 30 days after drinking coffee or eating
a banana? Surely these two items would them be banned! ;)

Don't be so sure. Eventually the lust for power will take over and they
will be forced to. It took the sweden democrats about 15-20 years to
come to the point where swedens "conservative" (they are in reality
similar to the left wing of the US democrats) reluctantly accepted their
support so that they could get to the sweet, sweet power.

Next election will be very interesting though, because the sweden
democrats said that they will no longer support the conservatives unless
they are guaranteed to join the government, not supporting it from the
outside as they do now.

But I suspect the socialists will win next time, since the cycle in
sweden usually is 2 periods of socialism and 1 period of centrism.
