Is it possible to create a signed ssh key pair (following the 
PROTOCOL.certkeys - 
http://www.openbsd.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb/src/usr.bin/ssh/PROTOCOL.certkeys) 
from an existing signed X.509 public-private key pair?
