Which is exactly the point I was trying to make. It's depressing how many people contrived to fundamentally misunderstand it. If a developer is incapable of following the existing, defined procedures for loading modules, what on earth makes people think they would magically follow the defined procedures for installing them? All the package management in the world won't stop humans being humans. It's nothing like the magic bullet its proponents claim it to be.
