SPVHD wiring

Hi,

Blast from the past. There's that message from Steven Hirsch 9 years
ago about the abandoned SPVHD project from Cédric Peltier:

Steven, would you want to publish those? I have the vague project of
making a daisy-chainable virtual HD, and this would help me get
started. I took notes of the source code at
http://mirrors.apple2.org.za/Apple%20II%20Documentation%20Project/Peripherals/Disk%20Drives/Peltier%20SmartPortVHD/ROM%20Images/,
matching those with wiring info would be nice to make sure.
