Microsoft is trying to stop Linux to became serious competitor on
the PC desktop and you know it.

Anyone can denounce that. Heck Ubuntu is still most installed distro
despite Stallman...

Communist ideals are not Open Source and Free Software.
Communist ideals are dictatorship of state. Remember that?
Ideals of open source and free software are anti monopoly,
and freedom of software use. Sure , microsoft would not like
that because then you can't build multi billion empire with 
starting capital of 50k$
