After screaming all day about the CAT 5 hurricane heading for Tampa, the storm changed direction and dropped to a CAT 2 revectoring 40 miles away. Undeterred, the goofballs are standing out in the rain on a parking garage getting soaked when any person with common sense would be in a dry spot doing the same thing. Pointing the camera and light into the rain doesn't do anything to enhance the situation, just makes them look stupid.
