Guidance on new phone please?

I have a Motorola G8(power) which is coming up 5 years old and 2/3/4G 
only and loosing battery life. So I thought I'd have a look at what the 
5G market has to offer.

My current shortlist is:-
Motorola G56
Motorola G86
Motorola Edge 60
Samsung A56
Xiamoi Poco F7

Where it is an option I would go for 12GbRAM and 512GbROM, but if the 
phone still has a memory card slot then 8/256 might be viable. Ideally I 
would like one wifi calling, and eSIM as well as SIM card for future 
proofing.

Usage is usual browsing, emails, WhatsApp, plus plenty of technical apps 
and a softphone app. I do on rare occasions also watch footy on it if my 
tablet is not close to hand! Oh, and phone calls of course.

If anyone has hard experience of any of these units and is happy to 
share it I would be very grateful.
