FileMaker's Layout design is ALWAYS designed to show the data from the
one current record. The height of the Body Part is how much window
space the record will use in normal Browses Mode.

BUT you can also change it in Browse Mode to display the records of the
current Found Set as a "List" via View Menu (from memory since I can't
open FileMaker at the moment) or via a Script command. The Layout will
remember the View setting when closing the file.

Of course the height of the Body Part of the Layout needs to be
relatively thin for it to be of an use. There's not a lot of point in
having a full screen Layout viewed as a List (except perhaps if you've
hidden the side toolbar, then you can use the window's scroll bars to
go up and down the records.)
