My first Mac must have been just after the System 7 intro - 1992 I think.
7.0.1 maybe?

Yes, it was elegant and so well thought-through. Easy to forget how the whole
thing would occasionally freeze unrecoverably, of course :)

Oh, and definitely not OT!
