Yes.

Internal network through the TP-Link switch seems to be working.

Ethernet component of the router is not working.
No connection shown by router for the LAN.
When working, active Ethernet connections are listed.
Ports on router tested using local laptop and shown to be non-functional.

At the moment I am failing to see what value spending an hour or more 
producing an up to date network map would add to the conversation.
The fault is already tied down to the Ethernet side of the router.
The router itself is working and still carrying WiFi traffic to and from 
the Internet.

I am asking for anyone who has experienced a similar fault.
