There is definitely something wrong with an individual who cannot or will not clean objects that are in daily use. Mentally ill is certainly one possibility. There used to be a joke about an individual who would trade in his car whenever it needed an oil change. Of course that joke was about stupidity and wealth. Coupled with other behaviors you have described in this newsgroup over the years, in you case mental illness appears at the top of the list for you. It is not something to be ashamed of, but should be acknowledged and dealt with. For example, you are defensive about consistently posting off topic bitch sessions and then stating that someone who complains about it is the one who doesn't belong here. Here's a clue, that's not "normal" for "normal" people. Take the plunge, make an appointment to see a mental health professional, and then keep the appointment.
