How does drinking from a cup decrease your quality of life?

Instead of attempting (&failing) to wash a cup every few minutes,
I sip from a plastic jug... nothing could be easier/cleaner.

That's why most Americans do it, not just me.

Why would you need to wash the cup every few minutes? Are your lips
covered in festering boils?

If you are unable to clean a cup, find a 3rd grader to give you lessons.

> That's why most Americans do it, not just me.

Most Americans are taught by their mommies at a very young age not to
drink from the jug/carton/pitcher.

Drinking straight from the jug/carton/pitcher is not only crude but
contaminates the "new" product by allowing saliva to with all its flora
and fauna to backwash into your otherwise clean milk/water/whatever.

I have given some consideration to where your posting and style of
posting would actually be appropriate. I checked out one particularly
good candidate and find that a group called talk.politics.misc is well
suited to your particular forms of posting. Your input would always be
on topic there.

Give it a shot. If tat doesn't work out I'll look for others for you.

Some plastic is transparent to ultraviolet radiation. A sealed
plastic jug of water is sterilised after about four hours of
direct sunlight.

Yeah the part of Africa that lies along the Neckar. Why NY? It was a
Dutch colony so there were already a lot of Germans there, and it looked
a lot like southern Germany. Take 'Dutch' with a grain of salt.

"My ancestors" and my present family from which I came are doing very
well in Iran even in these hard years :) I in USA am indeed the worst
off among them. Not one of my immediate family was willing to reduce
their chances of success by coming to USA.

But I was too bold for my own sake, that's why. I bet my family would do
even better in USA and they don't and didn't know that fact.

To this day every time I skype with my sister in Tehran first thing she
asks is "do you need money?" Hehe :) I hate that. I'm 8 years her senior
and here she is, a top architect, worrying if I have enough money in
U.S. of A .. I was too bold :)

It takes me 2.5 days to drink a gallon jug of water.

When stressed, I used to dab PeptoBismol on my lips & teeth;
no so much anymore, now that I'm less stressed.
