If Elon Musk wants to 'PROVE' he is running Twitter, all he has to do is reinstate Donald Trump's Twitter account.

otherwise, no dice.

Idiot. Shareholders don't run companies. What they do is elect
the Board of Directors, and the board hires and fires upper
management like the CEO. The CEO can reinstate an account, not a
shareholder.

He wouldn't have it any other way...

His goal is not to be a shareholder, his goal is to change the ...world.

But if Elon Musk reinstates Trump's twitter account, that means Donald Trump automatically becomes
President of the United States...he don't need no whitey house, he'll use twitter house.

You can't change the world with Twitter, or with Trump.

Musk's reasons to place himself there aren't being told. Today Reuters said a bunch of Twitter managers are quitting right now over Musk's coming in. Didn't say anything more than that.

So far they have capped him to 14.9 %

On April 4, 2022, the Reporting Person and the Issuer entered
into a letter agreement (the “Agreement”) which provides that: (i)
the Issuer will appoint the Reporting Person to the Issuer’s Board
of Directors (the “Board”) to serve as a Class II director with a term
expiring at the Issuer’s 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders; and (ii)
for so long as the Reporting Person is serving on the Board and
for 90 days thereafter, the Reporting Person will not, either alone
or as a member of a group, become the beneficial owner of more
than 14.9% of the Issuer’s common stock outstanding at such time,
including for these purposes economic exposure through derivative
securities, swaps, or hedging transactions. The foregoing summary
of the Agreement does not purport to be complete and is subject to,
and qualified in its entirety by, the full text of the Agreement,
which is filed as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference.

The stockholders only vote for class III board members.
The board then forms itself electing class II and class I board members.
There is a declassify intiative, to abolish this staggered basis.

But I guess they kept the system, otherwise Elon would not appear as class II.

It might not have anything to do with money although money is the arm
Musk has to manipulate the arrangements.

I give it more there's been something fishy in Twitter. Like
intelligence officers running things, and now "dusting off" their
resumes knowing full well why Musk stepped in. This is my guess.

Turns out my guess was correct. Today they formally announced that
authentication of users (one of Musk's intentions) goes against all the
intelligence and news activities that's taking place in Twitter. They
don't want their identities exposed so they began packing :-)

But Twitter had gone beyond even that. They _did_ authenticate those
they were interested! What and who they were interested in? What and who
the intelligence communities - all those Twitter managers - were
interested about! It had become a "den of spies", if you can recall. I'm
sure you have fond memories about that phrase.

There are stuff about the coin that's waiting to be decided. One is the
total number of them. As far as I know, so far they haven't fixed the
total number yet. This is a good clue to how big their plan for this
coin is in the future :-) The total number has been increasing and
increasing and that's what they want!

As soon as they put a cap to that number this coin is going to explode
in price because it won't ever be that cheap anymore. Everybody will
jump in to buy as many as they can and _all_ of them will profit from it.

Well of course musk will try to control the price...he needs to get back
his money he spent
on titter.

you might need doggy coins to pay for titter ads.

So, how much is one doggycoin in today's market?
