They've found a simple and no-nonsense way to stop hiccups. https://streamable.com/nibja7 It uses just a 5 inch piece of thread. Probably redirecting the reflex to the detection of an insect sitting on the forehead, hence away from the hiccup mechanism. Individuals like "true American" and that "DFS" sample, should carry a piece of thread with them at all times, so as soon as they see or hear the word "Iran" and the temperature of their rectums drops to -10 degrees and they begin to hiccup, they could place the thread on their foreheads to at least stop the outward exhibit of their congenital cro-magnon fears. Thread doesn't stay there and keeps falling? Keep it inside your rectums instead of your pockets, then when used, it _will_ stay there attached owing to a tiny bit of viscous turd. No extra effort involved, cause you'll be fingering yourself anyway, at the same time.
