Is this the Dimona reactor area in Dimona? If so, things are getting

The missile didn't have one of those super heavy warheads, so it was for
tactical targeted hit. Like what busted Netanyahu and a few others.

The first explosion sound must've been that of an Iron Dome missile
being fired, the second from an incoming missile that survived the Iron
Dome. The strike site couldn't have been too far cause the light and
sound wave impact were almost simultaneous. It disoriented the old woman
who first opened the wrong door.

No,it seems like Iran is retaliating for Israeli bombings of Tehran and
other cities' civilian buildings. They are aimed at killing people and
destroying their homes. Why they didn't do it earlier is curious. The
main guess is of course the fact that now after revealing the Gha'em
systems Israelis cannot retaliate as effectively as they could before.
Now they're sitting docks.
So they're now getting what they asked for it.
