Iran, basically, hasn't even started. This will be a long war. And I 
believe Iran will get stronger as it continues because newer better 
devices will be created, better and more experienced the warriors - 
which in this war are almost all the Iranians who have done their 
mandatory military services - will become. I studied Iran-Iraq war from 
a few different perspectives, after it was over and research and books 
about it began to get published.

I know a lot of important matters about it. In that war, also, Iranians 
showed that the number one force in Iran is the Iranians themselves, not 
the military and the Militia (which was a very young and small force 
back then).

Iranians literally rushed to the military institutions to help them, and 
newer and newer ideas began to get discovered and used, both in how to 
conduct warfare and how to devise weapons. This "missile" capability 
that Iran has right now, was born about 4 years into that war, in fact 
two years after Saddam was defeated, cause within two years of the 
beginning of the war, Iran had managed to defeat Iraq and threw their 
forces outside Iran's territories.

Definitely another leap forward will take place in Iran's capabilities 
as a result of this war. No question there. For instance, that Gha'em-2 
which was Militia's upgrade of a drone killing system to one that can 
even shoot down F-35s, is already superseded by the military's version 
of the air defense which came out today! Military boasts that their 
missile is better than what Gha'em-2 throws at the enemy aircraft. And 
in the military, their system is called Gha'em 118 showing that both 
forces began with one and the same thing and devised their own modified 
and improved products. Here is a picture of Gha'em 118 system that the

This little missile has three ways of hunting its target: with radar on 
the ground, and with electro-optical sensors, and with thermal sensors. 
So it is in fact a device that has borrowed some of the successful 
features of 358 to find and hunt the aircraft, but in the form and 
speeds of a missile, and not like 358 which can only destroy slow flying 
large objects.

It is a clever hybrid :) Now military has a device every bit as good as 
a 358 and every bit as good as a very fast moving missile. That's why it 
can hunt F-35s.

Anyway, as you can see, only within 9 months of purchasing the original 
system from China right after the 12-day war, already two upgraded 
versions of it have come out, ready to be used against F35s.

Militia has not disclosed features of its Gha'em-2 yet, so they may 
think they have a better device and want to keep it secret. But theirs 
can't be looking much different from this Gha'em 118. And the latter in 
fact shows resemblance to some of the features of the mysterious 358.

Military did say yesterday that they had "surprises" in store.

Anyway, war speeds things up dramatically when a huge number of 
experienced scientists and engineers are available to develop stuff they 
need for defense.

This war is not near any end. In fact it is more and more intensifying. 
The waves of missile launches per 24 hours were about 4 waves before, 
but yesterday they picked up and today Israeli news itself is saying 
"This is the 8th time since this morning, that we have been hit with 
waves of Iranian missiles."

So things are intensifying. That's why I said it hasn't really started yet.
