Your paper reminds me of a paper I have read about 12 years ago from a

Alexander Franklin Mayer, with the title (afair):

" Geometry of Time in Cosmology"

It is quite good and covers the problem with the standard modell in 
cosmology.

I have also written something, which would fit to your topic.
